Land Survey
ecently we have engaged the skills of Richard Wey. Richard runs 'Richard Wey & Associates Land Surveying Inc' in Sydney, BC. On every aspect, we've been very pleased with our involvement with him.
I contacted Richard and he guided us through what we really need on the property. At present we had only an inkling of where the boundaries are.
Richard offered to perform our survey in conjunction with doing other work on Pender, so as to keep our costs down. Within about two weeks the survey was done, printed and we received it in the mail. Total cost: about $800. We now have boundary marker on our property, and have the foundation for any further work to be perfomred on the property, whether that's bringing in Hydro Power, modifying the driveway, or actually building our home!
